I am so unhappy with this service. You bill me but cant tell me what and why I am being billed certain amounts. You have also taken away mass emails. Have NEVER sent my reviews to Google. But charge me $119 a month for reputation review where basically my client s just let me know how we do. As a shop owner this platform has helped my business. Being able to set appointments and track the profitability of the business is a great feature.
The reps always answer my questions and have always been there for me when needed.

T think Ben did a very professional job today, He call me almost 4 times today explaining very well what they are doing and they can assist my company to get more customer in the internet, I learn more from finally convinced to join. I am looking forward to get a call from you soon.

When they say funds are in the account on the next business day, not true. They also initially hide the $55 startup charge when they contacted me. This would not have been bad if I had not asked very specifically about these items and was lied to by the sales person prior to my signing. Customer service was amazing!! Brandon Crowe was awesome to work with and made it a "pressure-free" experience. I didnt feel like i was talking to a salesman just trying to get my money, but someone who actually cared about making my business better.
As a regular user of Square, I was very pleased to find out the benefits of Punchey and how much we are saving for what amounts to the exact same service! Additionally, the customer service and the add'l services offered are something very tangible that does not exist with Square.
We are currently using another product on our Iphones for taking credit card payments from customers. I'm looking forward to using Punchey and the products they have to offer. The fees are much better than the other company, which will save us money. Their representative, Ben, was very helpful in answering any questions I had regarding Punchey.
I just signed up and am happy so far. The rates are great and I am hopeful that their marketing service will drive more people to my website. Everyone was very polite and helpful.
Definitely the best company out there. Have never experienced a problem with this company and what ever question I may have they actually answer the phone !!!!
